For NRIs from Jaipur and Rajasthan

Your property in Rajasthan, handled from wherever you live

Buy, sell, rent or look after a property in Jaipur or your hometown without flying down for every step. Our local team does the visits and the paperwork checks, and keeps you in the loop on video and WhatsApp.

What we do for you

Video site visit

We go to the property and show it to you live on a video call: the house or plot, the road, the neighbourhood and the papers on site.

Document & approval check

Patta, title chain, JDA / UIT / panchayat approval, approved map, registry records and the seller's ownership, checked before you pay a rupee.

Property care & rent

Finding a tenant, rent agreement, collecting rent, regular check-ups and small repairs for a property you own here.

Lawyer & CA introductions

Trusted lawyers for power of attorney, registry and disputes, and CAs who handle NRI tax and money transfers.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp or the form below: the place, the property and the work.
  2. We agree the scope and the fee together before any work begins. No hidden charges.
  3. Our team does the work on the ground and shares photos, video calls and documents with you.
  4. You decide with full information, and we help you close: registry, rent agreement or handover.

Questions NRIs ask us

Can an NRI buy property in Jaipur or anywhere in Rajasthan?

Yes. Under India's FEMA rules an NRI or OCI can buy residential and commercial property. Agricultural land, plantation property and farm houses cannot be bought by an NRI, though they can be inherited. We confirm the category of the land before you pay anything.

Can I see a property without travelling to India?

Yes. Our team visits the property and walks you through it on a live video call at a time that suits your time zone. You can ask us to show the road, the neighbourhood, water and power points, and the documents on site.

How do you check a property's papers?

We check the patta or title chain, JDA, UIT or panchayat approval of the colony, the approved map, registry records, the DLC rate, and whether the seller is the real owner. Where a legal opinion is needed, we connect you to a lawyer.

Do I need a power of attorney to buy or sell from abroad?

Often yes. A power of attorney signed abroad has to be attested as per Indian rules and then stamped in Rajasthan before it can be used. A lawyer we introduce can draft it and guide you through each step.

What about tax when an NRI sells property in India?

The buyer has to deduct tax (TDS) at the higher rate that applies to NRI sellers, and there are rules on taking the money abroad. Rates change, so we connect you with a CA who handles NRI cases before you sign.

How much do your services cost?

It depends on the work. We discuss the scope with you first and agree the fee together before any work begins. No hidden charges.
